AABC |
The Register of Architects Accredited in Building Conservation (AABC) exists for the benefit of clients and the structures they are responsible for. AABC is an independent accreditation body established in 1999 for and by skilled conservation architects. The primary purpose of the AABC Register is to protect the historic built environment from damaging interventions devised by people not skilled in historic building conservation and adaptation. |

BREDEM |

CIAT |

Chartered Architectural Technologists are qualified to offer design services and manage projects from inception to completion. They lead the technological design of a project; forming the link between concept, innovation and realisation. |
CIOB |
The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) is a worldwide professional body that represents professionals who work within the built environment. Their members work worldwide in the development, conservation and improvement in the built environment. They also accredit university degrees, educational courses and training. |

Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination |
This qualification provides the underpinning knowledge and skills for construction and design professionals to act as Retrofit Coordinators on domestic energy efficiency upgrade projects.
The L5 Diploma enables earners to gain a qualification in the project coordination and risk management of domestic retrofit projects as well as providing a route for those already working in this capacity but lacking specific qualifications. |
PHPP |
The Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) contains everything necessary for designing a properly functioning Passive House. The PHPP prepares an energy balance and calculates the annual energy demand of the building based on the user input relating to the building's characteristics. |
rdSAP |
Reduced Data SAP (RdSAP) has been developed by government for use in existing dwellings based on a site survey of the property, when the complete data set for a SAP calculation is not available. It consists of a system of data collection together with defaults and inference procedures that generate a complete set of input data for the SAP calculation. |
